Orders shipped within Canada are subject to provincial sales tax dependent on province but not duties. Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties but not sales tax. For orders shipping outside of Canada, you may consult the legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty and brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.
Orders placed by 12.00PM PST will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12.00PM PST Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 2 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact our Concierge Service so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be inevitably responsible for all shipping charges.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct, unfortunately we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding!
Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund of its purchase price within 10 days from the date we issue the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
For all exchange and return requests, you must first email us at email@example.com, and tell us your reason for exchange or return and order number. You must make this request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise to you. For qualifying items, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
We offer exchanges only for the size or color of the purchased item. If the chosen substitute size or color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. If you wish to have an alternative item, then please place a new order.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your shipping costs to us are non-refundable. Please note, we do not accept return packages from UPS.
