TAXES AND DUTIES

Orders shipped within Canada are subject to provincial sales tax dependent on province but not duties. Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties but not sales tax. For orders shipping outside of Canada, you may consult the legislation of your country. We do not take responsibility for duty and brokerage fees and shipment delays due to customs.

ORDERS PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed by 12.00PM PST will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12.00PM PST Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed the next business day. All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. 

ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 2 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site. Please note that all orders require a signature upon delivery.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and contact our Concierge Service so that we can assist you with your order as needed. Please note that if you refuse your order, or any part of it without authorization, you will be inevitably responsible for all shipping charges.

REDIRECTING AN ORDER

Please make sure your shipping address is correct, unfortunately we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Thank you for your understanding!




Returns

EASY EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange or refund of its purchase price within 10 days from the date we issue the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). 

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN

For all exchange and return requests, you must first email us at concierge@nkimode.com, and tell us your reason for exchange or return and order number. You must make this request within 10 days from the date of delivery of the merchandise to you. For qualifying items, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for the size or color of the purchased item. If the chosen substitute size or color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. If you wish to have an alternative item, then please place a new order.

RETURNING ITEMS

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must

  • be mailed or sent to us within 10 days from the date we issue the RMA,
  • be unused (and not have been worn, altered or washed),
  • be in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging including the gift box,
  • have a valid RMA

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Your shipping costs to us are non-refundable. Please note, we do not accept return packages from UPS.

REFUNDS

We’ll issue refunds for the purchase price (plus applicable taxes) in the original form of payment.

EXCEPTIONS

Original shipping, handling fees and customs fees are not refundable. In addition, no sale merchandise or gift cards are refundable or exchangeable. Sales of all sale merchandise and gift cards are final.

RIGHTS RESERVED

NK iMODE reserves the rights to refuse the exchange, return or refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements to make adjustments for returns, cancellations and exchanges.
