Taxes and Duties
Please note orders shipped within Canada are subject to provincial sales tax dependent on province; duties are not applicable. Orders shipped outside of Canada are subject to duties but not sales tax; consider consulting the legislation of your country for more information. We do not take responsibility for duty, brokerage fees, and shipment delays due to customs.
Order Processing Times
Orders placed by 12.00PM PST will be shipped the same day Monday to Friday. All orders placed after 12.00PM PST Friday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or Holidays will be processed within two to three business day.All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication.
Order Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link to the carrier’s website to track your shipment. It may take up to 2 hours for your tracking number to be activated. Please note that your order will require a signature upon delivery. You can track your package status throughout the shipping journey here.
We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery, and contact our Concierge Team and we will be happy to assist you. Please note that if you refuse your order without authorization, you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

We offer exchanges for the size or color of the purchased item. If the chosen substitute size or color is not available, we will contact you to confirm a refund. If you wish to have an alternative item,
then please place a new order, or please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in selecting a piece you will be sure to love!

For Returning Items
To be eligible for an exchange or refund, please ensure:
To send us the item within 30 days from the date our Concierge Team has confirmed the return
The item is unused: not worn, altered, or washed please
The item is in the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging including the gift box.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Since we cannot guarantee that we will receive your item, for your benefit, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note, we do not accept return packages via UPS.

Original shipping, handling fees and customs fees are not refundable. In addition, no sale merchandise or gift cards are refundable or exchangeable. Sales of all sale merchandise and gift cards are final.
